If you'll have your son ready at seven o'clock Wednesday morning, we'll make him an honorary fireman for the whole day. He can come down to the fire station, eat with us, go out on all the fire calls, the whole nine yards! "And if you'll give us his sizes, we'll get a real fire uniform for him, with a real fire hat - not a toy one - with the emblem of the Phoenix Fire Department on it, a yellow slicker like we wear and rubber boots. When you hear the sirens screaming and see the lights flashing, will you announce over the PA system that there is not a fire? It's just the fire department coming to see one of it's finest members one more time. And will you open the window to his room? Thanks."About five minutes later a hook and ladder truck arrived at the hospital, extended its ladder up to Billy's third floor open window and 16 firefighters climbed up the ladder into Billy's room. In school, it doesn't rain or road not far from the case, I won't let adults drive, and choose to walk, so get some exercise and saves gas.

我是一名小學(xué)生,未來(lái)要靠我們這一代人去實(shí)現(xiàn),我覺(jué)得肩上的擔(dān)子很重,我沒(méi)有神奇的魔力去改變這一切,但我想把我在學(xué)校做的一些有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)的事情講一講,給別的小朋友提個(gè)醒,希望大家都加入到環(huán)保的隊(duì)伍里來(lái)。

首先,早上去上學(xué)我會(huì)在家吃早餐,盡量不去店里吃,這樣節(jié)省了一次性筷子和塑料袋,也不會(huì)增加校園垃圾。上學(xué)的時(shí)候,不下雨或者路程不遠(yuǎn)的情況下,我不會(huì)讓大人開(kāi)車(chē)送,而選擇步行,這樣既鍛煉了身體又節(jié)約了汽油。
